Our Wedding

Technically, our story began all the way back in 2009. Kayla walked into the Bank of Montreal for some banking help, and Matthew (then an employee) was the one to assist her. Although we were at very different stages in our lives, it wasn’t until years later that we reconnected on the gram’ and became friends. Even then, the timing still wasn’t quite right. We both continued on our own paths—until one evening in March 21’, when Matthew finally gathered the courage to ask Kayla out on a date. Happily, she said yes. After some confusion about the details of our date (which we’ve since agreed that Matt’s far too organized to mess up, iykyk), we eventually ended up at a restaurant where we shared pierogis and a glass of wine, and began what would become our forever.

Cocktail Reception 5:00–6:00 PM Hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, access to the bar, and a wine tasting on the Upper Level of the Barn. Dinner Service 6:30–8:00 PM You will select your entrée when you return your RSVP card. Reception 8:00 PM–12:30 AM Presentation of the wedding cake, fresh fruit display, and two late-night buffet items. WHAT OPTIONS ARE THERE TO DRINK? The premium open bar includes two craft draft beers, Heineken and Alexander Keith’s bottled beer, rye, rum, vodka, scotch, gin, mocktails, and soft drinks.
